For cancellation:
To cancel order, please contact support@svocom.com within 24 hours of your purchase for a free cancellation. It will take 5 to 7 business days to receive your refund, depending on your bank’s transfer process.We are unable to cancel and refund orders after they have been processed.
For Return:
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturer defect.For health and safety reasons, any product leaving our warehouse is considered used and therefore non-returnable, including new items in their original packaging.
Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt to ensure they are working properly and that you have received the correct item. If you find a manufacturer defect within 15 days of receiving your order, we will provide a replacement for the same item or make a refund for you.
